Question: How do I see outstanding payments?
Answer: Your account shows all outstanding amounts and paid invoices. Open prepayment amounts? We'll send you a friendly reminder.

Question: How do I change my details?
Answer: You can change or add new delivery and billing addresses at any time.

Question: How do I secure my account?
Answer: Change your password and see when you last logged in.

Question: Where can I find my vouchers?

❗️ ATTENTION: Please contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail before returning any items to obtain the return address in Germany. Unfortunately, simply sending it back doesn't work - we want everything to go smoothly!
