§ 1 Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders of products via our online store Tigerversand.com. Our terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Offers, prices and conclusion of contract
Our offers are subject to change. All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT, plus shipping costs. We reserve the right to make price changes, errors and misprints.
By placing an order via the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when an order confirmation is sent by e-mail or at the latest when the goods are delivered.
§ 3. right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you take possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (z.B. e-mail). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receipt of the withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
You must return the goods within fourteen days. You bear the costs of the return shipment.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to
- Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene if the seal has been removed (z.B. Toys, Poppers).
- Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications.
§ 4. payment
Payment is made by the methods offered in the store. The debit takes place at the conclusion of the contract.

Delivery will be made to the address you specify. Delivery times can be found with the articles. Partial deliveries are permitted insofar as this is reasonable for you.

For consumers, the risk is transferred when the goods are handed over. For entrepreneurs, the risk is transferred when the goods are handed over to the shipping company.

You have 14 days if you don't like something or it doesn't fit. Unused & in original packaging - then it works smoothly. Write to us beforehand - we'll show you how to send it back.

🟠 Money back? Then you pay for the return shipment yourself. We will refund to the original means of payment.
🟢 Voucher? We will pay the return postage (you pay this in advance at our prices that apply in the store) - your voucher can be redeemed immediately, even on reduced items.

§ 11 Applicable law
Cypriot law applies. For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain applicable.

If a provision of these GTC is invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provisions.
