Hi, I'm Max - and this is our store!

I'm Max Smith, 35 years old, and I've been working passionately for our online store for a year now, delighting customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. What do I do? A bit of everything - from trade fair planning to store support and translations. Always with the aim of ensuring that everything not only runs smoothly, but also looks and works really well.

I'm originally from the USA, but have been living in Europe for a few years now - and have found my home here. Together with my friend Timo, who takes care of organization and customer support, and Andy, our purchasing professional with the best nose for new products, we keep the store running. We are a small, well-coordinated team with heart - and we do almost everything ourselves. And hopefully you can tell.

Why the new Tigerversand is different

When Timo and I met Andy a year ago, it quickly became clear that if we were going to relaunch Tigerversand, we wanted to do it properly. Not a half-baked relaunch, but a complete rethink - with fresh colors, cool photos, great prices and a very unique style. No 0815, no copy-paste from other stores.

We wanted a store that ticks differently. Customer-friendly, direct, transparent - and a bit snotty. A store that not only sells, but also gives something as a gift. That's fun, even behind the scenes. And yes, we laugh a lot - and work even harder.

We've put in hundreds of hours over the last twelve months. The last four weeks in particular have been intense - we worked with a really good agency to implement the new system, shoot images, manage data, tweak texts and get Tigerversand 2.0 up and running.

You can see the result now. Sure, not everything is perfect yet - but it's our thing. And we're really looking forward to having you back. For all those who remember us from the old days: Yes, it's really us. Only this time with real fire under our asses.
